Worst Experience- Don't Book This Hotel

Very worst experience to deal with, I used to stay 17th to 18th April 2023, Room Number 202, I have asked for sleeper but Mr. Yogesh (Night Manager) completely denied to give hence I went to washroom bare footed which was very dirty. Room was full of mosquitoes even they don't give Complementary water to the customers and charged 2700 Rs per room which I have paid. This is the second time I have visited this hotel. Mr. Yogesh (Front Office Night Manager) a very cheap mentality guy who asked me to pay the amount of foam sleeper at my first visit 2 months ago and argued me for next 15 minutes. Today during my checkout Mr. Adesh (Front Office Manager) logged a complaint against Mr. Yogesh hope they will fire him soon. As per Mr. Adesh (FOM) foam sleepers are free have no cost to pay but the night manager Mr. Yogesh asked me to pay the amount of 50 Rs per pair without confirmation. I want the hotel authorities to take action against him.

we has recently visisted this hotel for a business purpose the stay was good service was ok rooms were clean n with all the basic amnesties however hot water was not there so i asked them to fix it ..over all good

This is one of the finest hotel I visited so far in panipat and nearby. Rooms are clean spacious and good to stay. I choose a non AC room because it's a winter season and I found it's very comfortable bed is good linen is clean and the bathroom is also clean. I ordered two meals from the hotel and both were very good specially the non veg thali was very good. complimentary breakfast is also a good quality and quantity I recommend this hotel to fellow visitors. Although this is very near to Grand trunk road but still the rooms are quiet. Only thing the hotel can improve in non AC rooms is the television. the TV of my room was not working properly all the time.

Hotel stay was comfortable as our company had booked,rooms are good, toilets are clean and neat,but wifi connection is very bad,food in hotel is very expensive,better to eat outside, surrounding areas are very good,as schools and colleges are around

We were not expecting a decent hotel on the way back. But this hotel where we had to stop because of the fog was quite good. Clean rooms, good service, tasty food, nice people, not expensive .....good qualities of a hotel for overnight stay.
